Returns

Due to the nature of vaping products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is in the same condition as it was delivered.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the product and packaging

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used vape devices

  • Opened pods or cartridges

  • E-liquids with broken seals

  • Disposable vape products that have been used

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless defective)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above, if eligible.

Age Restriction

Pixie Pod Vape sells products intended only for adults of legal smoking or vaping age in their jurisdiction. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your location.
